Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Rope Access Logbook. On Apple platforms, the app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate written agreement applies.

App purpose

Rope Access Logbook is a professional recordkeeping tool for rope-access technicians. It helps you create logbook entries, collect signatures, manage gear records, export records, and use optional cloud backup and remote-signing features.

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawful use of the records you create, share, or export.

Subscriptions

Paid access is offered through auto-renewing subscriptions. The subscription title, length, price, and any trial offer are shown in the app before purchase.

• Payment is charged by the store account you use to purchase.
• Renewal continues automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Management and cancellation are handled through your store subscription settings.
• Access remains active until the end of the paid period after cancellation.

Accounts and cloud features

Cloud backup, restore, account deletion, and remote-signing features require sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure.

Deleting your account removes associated cloud data. It does not automatically cancel an active subscription; subscriptions must be canceled in your store subscription settings.

Professional compliance

Rope Access Logbook is an independent product. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or officially accepted by SPRAT or IRATA. SPRAT and IRATA are trademarks of their respective organizations.

The app can support audit-ready recordkeeping, but it does not replace employer rules, client requirements, certification-body requirements, legal obligations, or your professional judgment.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the app to create records you know are false or misleading.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account, backups, or signing requests without permission.
• Do not interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its cloud services.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app reliable, but no service is guaranteed to be available at all times. Features may change as the app is improved, maintained, or updated for platform requirements.

Our Privacy Policy explains what data the app handles, how cloud features work, and how to request deletion or support.
